Throughout our 9 month search, Patty was very patient and responded quickly to all our inquiries (including text messages, phone calls, and emails). We didn’t need much assistance with finding properties to see, but the homes were selling fast and Patty arranged our tours with as little as 2-3 days notice. She also made an effort to get to know us, and we appreciated her incorporating our short and long term goals into our search.
When we decided to place our first offer, Patty updated us frequently and got our offer accepted over the others. Unfortunately, we found some plumbing issues during the home inspection and Patty was able to negotiate a very generous credit, but was very understanding when we decided to back out. Our search continued, with double the effort.
A few months later, we walked into a home that we fell in LOVE with. We entered a multiple counter offer situation but Patty guided us through the process and broke everything down, one decision at a time. When we entered Escrow, Patty explained all the paperwork and created a timeline for us to follow. Other than completing the checklist, Patty took care of everything else! At the close of Escrow, she even hired a crew to clean the carpets, spruce up the house, and wash the garage.
We are now living in our dream home, thanks to Patty. She still checks in with us now and then, just to see how we are doing. I think that truly demonstrates her dedication to her clients, and not the sale. I am highly recommending Patty Cohen!
